Modelia alternative
Modelia and Photopurr both take a garment photo and put it on an AI model. Modelia sells credits three ways: a free monthly allowance, a one-off pack, and monthly plans with a minimum term. Photopurr sells credits one way, as a one-off pack with nothing to renew and no expiry date. Everything stated below about Modelia is taken from its own public pricing page.
We have not tested Modelia ourselves. Everything stated about it here comes from its public pricing page, read on 2026-09-21.
Three garments, run through Photopurr
The same three garments every tool in this category has to handle. These are our outputs.

A beige ribbed cami under a matching beige cardigan
Tonal layering is the quiet failure case. Two pieces cut from the same ribbed fabric in the same shade meet along an open cardigan front, and when a tool blends them the buyer sees one top where you are selling two. The rib has to keep running vertically on both pieces, the cardigan placket and its small tonal buttons have to stay a visible edge against the cami behind, and the square neckline underneath has to stay square where the cardigan crosses it.

A black button vest over a ruffle-collar blouse and a lace hem
Four layers stack at the waist in this one: a black button-front vest, a cream blouse with a ruffled stand collar and gathered cuffs underneath it, a scalloped lace hem showing below the vest, and a plain black pleated skirt under all of that. Every one of those edges is somewhere a generated image can merge two garments into one. The buttons have to stay round and countable against the black, and the lace has to read as open lace rather than a printed white band.

A cream ruffle-placket top with a lettuce hem
This is a fine knit with two details that tools tend to flatten. A ruffle runs around the neckline and cascades down the centre front, and the hem is an irregular lettuce edge that dips to a point rather than finishing straight. The ruffle has to stay a separate piece of fabric with its own shadow instead of becoming a printed stripe, and the hem has to keep its wavy raw edge, because that hem is half of why the top looks the way it does.
How Modelia charges
Modelia sells credits three ways. Its pricing page, read on 21 September 2026, lists a free Starter tier with 20 credits a month, a cap of 10 credits a day, watermarked results, non-commercial use and exports up to 2K; a one-off Project pack of 50 credits for $12 with commercial rights, watermark-free exports and credits that never expire; and monthly plans at $35 for 250 credits, $85 for 750 and $300 for 3,000, with a two-month minimum on the first two and yearly billing advertised at 20 percent off. Its own FAQ prices the garment tools, including flat lay to model, mannequin to model and virtual try-on, at 3 credits an image or 6 at 4K. Plan credits roll over while you stay subscribed and Starter credits reset every month. Photopurr sells credits one way: a pack bought when you need it, which never expires.

Figures for Modelia taken from its public pricing page on 2026-09-21.
Choose Modelia when
- You want one tool that does more than put clothing on a body. Its published list runs to repose, outfit generator, background changer, sketch to image, upscaler and accessories on a model, and it prices video as well. That is a wider surface than we have any plan to build.
- Your volume is steady and large. At 3,000 credits a month the top plan works out low per image, and plan credits roll over for as long as the subscription is alive.
- You want to try a tool without paying anything and can live with a watermark. The free Starter tier gives 20 credits a month, which is a real trial as long as you do not need to sell what comes out of it.
- You want web and API drawing on the same balance: its pricing page says credits are shared across web and API access on the Basic and Pro plans.
Choose Photopurr when
- You list in bursts. A two-month minimum is the wrong shape for a seller who makes thirty images before a drop and none for the six weeks after it.
- You want the watermark-free version before paying anything. Verifying an email grants 50 credits here, and what comes out is yours to put on a listing.
- You need more than the on-model shot from one upload: the white-background version, the detail close-ups and the full listing set come out of the same garment photo.
- You want the same face on every listing without minding which pack you bought. Saving a model and reusing it is not tied to a tier here.

Questions
- How much does Modelia cost?
- On its public pricing page, read on 21 September 2026: a free Starter tier with 20 credits a month, a one-off Project pack of 50 credits for $12, and monthly plans at $35 for 250 credits, $85 for 750 and $300 for 3,000. Yearly billing is advertised at 20 percent off the monthly figures.
- Does Modelia have a free plan?
- Yes. Its pricing page lists a Starter tier that is free with 20 credits a month, and its FAQ adds a cap of 10 credits a day. The page states that Starter results carry a watermark, that use is non-commercial and that exports go up to 2K, so it is for trying the tool rather than for listings.
- Do Modelia credits expire?
- It depends which ones. Its page says credits from the one-off Project pack never expire, that plan credits roll over while you stay subscribed, and that Starter credits reset every month without carrying over. Photopurr credits never expire on any pack, which is the difference this page exists to point out.
- Can I use Modelia without subscribing?
- Yes. Its Project pack is a one-off purchase of 50 credits for $12 with commercial rights and no commitment, and its FAQ mentions top-up credits you can buy after signing up. The subscriptions are separate, and Basic and Pro carry a two-month minimum term.
- How many images does the $12 pack make?
- Its own page says 16 to 50 images, and its FAQ explains the range: the garment tools cost 3 credits an image, or 6 at 4K, while lighter tools like outpaint cost 1. So 50 credits is about 16 on-model images at standard resolution, or 8 if you export everything at 4K.
- Is there a Modelia alternative with no minimum term?
- That is what Photopurr is. You buy a credit pack once, each image is priced in credits and shown before you confirm, and the credits sit in the account until you spend them. There is no plan, no minimum number of months and nothing to cancel if you stop for a season.
- Have you tested Modelia yourself?
- No. Testing it honestly means running the same garments through both tools under matched settings, and we have not paid for that. Everything on this page about Modelia is quoted from its own public pricing page and FAQ, read on the date shown above the comparison table.
- Why are there no side-by-side result images?
- Because we have not generated anything with Modelia, and putting up a comparison of images we did not make under matched conditions would be dishonest. The three garments above are our own output, shown so you can judge them on their own terms.
- Which one is cheaper per image?
- It depends on how many images you really make, and that is the honest answer. A monthly plan is cheaper per image when you fill it and more expensive when you do not, because an unfilled month is money spent on nothing. Count what you made last month before you compare the headline numbers.
- Can I keep the same model across a whole catalogue?
- Yes. Save a model once and attach it to every generation, so every listing shows the same face and body, with no cap tied to which pack you bought. You can also change the model without changing the garment, which helps when one piece sells to two different audiences.
