Botika alternative
Botika and Photopurr both put a garment you photographed onto an AI model. The difference that decides it for a small seller is how you pay. Botika sells monthly and annual plans with human retouching included; Photopurr sells credits you spend one image at a time, with no plan to keep alive. Everything below about Botika comes from its own public pricing page.
We have not tested Botika ourselves. Everything stated about it here comes from its public pricing page, read on 2026-09-21.
Three garments, run through Photopurr
The same three garments every tool in this category has to handle. These are our outputs.

A brown tiered skirt in a small rose print
A gathered tiered skirt is the hardest kind of print to keep honest, because the pattern has to shrink into every gather and pick up again on the next tier at the same scale. When a tool redraws the fabric instead of reading it, the roses change size between tiers and the buyer receives a skirt that does not match the photo. This is the first thing to check on any tool in this category, and the reason it is the first test here.

An openwork knit top with a drawstring peplum
Pointelle knitting is a garment made of holes. The openwork columns, the scalloped hem and the waist drawstring all have to survive at the size a thumbnail is displayed at, and the usual failure is quiet rather than obvious: the holes fill in, the knit turns into a smooth jersey, and the listing now shows a plainer top than the one in the parcel. Fabric-level detail is where cheap output shows.

A two-piece knit set with a contrast waistband
Layering is where these tools invent. This one is two garments plus a folded contrast waistband between them, so the hem of the top, the stripe of the waistband and the drape of the trouser each have to stay separate and stay in order. Getting front and back of the same set to agree with each other is the other half of the problem, and it is what a two-piece listing needs.
How Botika charges
Botika sells subscriptions only. On its pricing page the entry Pro plan is $55 a month for 50 credits, one credit is one photo and five credits are one video, and annual plans start at $550 for 600 credits, roughly a seventeen percent saving, with the year’s credits issued up front. Higher tiers add more credits, more retouch rounds per photo and faster delivery on fixes. Unused credits roll over while the subscription is active and expire immediately if you cancel. Photopurr has no plan at all: you buy credits, each image is priced before you confirm, and the credits do not expire.
Photopurr and Botika, side by side
| What you are comparing | Photopurr | Botika |
|---|---|---|
| How you pay | Credits bought as a one-off. No plan, no recurring charge, nothing to cancel. | Subscription only, monthly or annual. The plan decides how many credits you get. |
| Entry price | A credit pack, bought when you need it. The current per-image price is on our pricing page. | $55 a month for 50 credits on the entry Pro plan. |
| What one credit buys | Images are priced in credits by model and resolution, shown before you confirm. | One credit is one photo; five credits are one video. |
| Paying a year up front | Not offered, because there is nothing to commit to. | Annual plans from $550 for 600 credits, about seventeen percent off, issued up front. |
| Unused allowance | Credits never expire, whether you come back next week or next year. | Rolls over while the subscription is active; rollover credits expire immediately on cancellation. |
| Free start | 50 credits when you verify your email. No card, no watermark on the result. | A free trial is offered. The number of credits it includes is not published. |
| Topping up mid-month | Buy another credit pack at any time; it joins the same balance. | One-off packs of up to 150 credits from the account billing page; the price is not published. |
| Human retouching | None. Everything is generated, and a failed run is refunded so you can run it again. | Retouch rounds are included with each photo, with a stated turnaround for fixes. |
| What comes out | On-model images, white backgrounds, close-ups and a full listing set, clothing only. | On-model fashion photography, plus video at five credits each. |
Figures for Botika taken from its public pricing page on 2026-09-21.
Choose Botika when
- You want a person to fix the image rather than a button that generates another one. Botika includes retouch rounds with each photo and publishes a turnaround for fixes, which is a delivery commitment we do not make.
- Your volume is steady and predictable every month. A flat fee is easier to budget than a balance, and committing to a year brings the per-image cost down further than paying month to month.
- You need video as well as stills and would rather buy both in one place than run two accounts.
- You want a fixed ceiling on what the team can spend in a month, rather than a balance anyone can top up.
Choose Photopurr when
- You list in bursts. A haul this week, nothing for a fortnight, a drop before a holiday. Paying in the quiet months is the part of a subscription that hurts a small seller.
- You need more than the on-model shot from one upload: the white-background version, the close-ups and the full listing set come out of the same garment photo.
- You want to run your own garment through it before paying anything, and get the result back without a watermark.
- You would rather nothing expired. Credits sit in the account until you use them, so a quiet quarter costs nothing.

Questions
- How much does Botika cost?
- On its public pricing page, read on 21 September 2026, the entry Pro plan is $55 a month for 50 credits, with one credit per photo and five per video. Annual plans start at $550 for 600 credits, about a seventeen percent saving, with the year’s credits issued up front.
- Is there a free Botika alternative?
- Nothing in this category is free at any volume, and you should be suspicious of anything that claims to be. Photopurr gives 50 credits when you verify your email, which is enough for a first on-model image and a couple of retries, then charges per image with no subscription.
- Does Botika have a free trial?
- Its pricing page invites you to start with a free trial but does not publish how many credits that includes or how long it lasts. We have not signed up, so we cannot tell you what you actually get; check the offer on the day you try it.
- Do Botika credits expire?
- Its pricing page says unused credits roll over for as long as the subscription stays active, and that rollover credits expire immediately if you cancel. That is the detail worth knowing before you stockpile a balance you plan to spend after a quiet season.
- Can I use it without subscribing?
- Not on a plan basis. Botika sells subscriptions, and mentions one-off packs of up to 150 credits bought from the account billing page without publishing a price. Photopurr has no subscription at all: credits are bought as a one-off and do not expire.
- Have you actually tested Botika?
- No. Testing it properly means paying for a plan and running the same garments through both tools, and we have not done that. Everything stated about Botika on this page comes from its own public pricing page, read on the date shown above the comparison table.
- Why are there no side-by-side result images?
- Because we have not run anything through Botika, and putting up a comparison of images we did not generate under matched conditions would be dishonest. The three garments above are our own outputs, shown so you can judge them on their own.
- Which is cheaper per image?
- It depends entirely on your volume, and that is the real answer. A subscription wins when you fill it every month; per-image pricing wins when you do not. Work out how many images you actually made last month, not how many you meant to.
- Can I keep the same model across a whole catalogue?
- Yes. Save a model once and attach it to every generation, so every listing shows the same face and body. You can also change the model without changing the garment, which is useful when the same piece sells to two different audiences.
- What comes out, and in what format?
- High-quality JPEG at 1K, 2K or 4K on the long edge, which clears the common marketplace minimums as it is. Beyond the on-model shot you can generate the white-background version, detail close-ups and a full listing set from the same upload.
