How credits are earned, charged and refunded
Photopurr bills in credits. Generating charges credits; failures refund them. Credits never expire.
Getting credits

How you are charged
Generation reserves credits first, then calls the model. The UI shows the cost before you submit. If your balance is short the run is blocked outright; you never get half a result.

Four images cost four times as much.
Image Sets: reserved as a whole, priced per image
A set has 10 to 17 images. Each is priced by its model and resolution, and the total for the whole set is shown before you submit. Each set includes 2 free regenerations; after that, regenerations are charged per image.

Refunds
Refunds are automatic. No need to contact support.

Temporary limit on new accounts
Accounts younger than 7 days can spend at most 2000 credits in any 24 hours. Past that you are asked to come back tomorrow; the limit lifts automatically after 7 days. It exists to stop abuse; normal use never reaches it.
Ledger
Account → Credits shows a 30-day spending chart and every single entry: bonuses, purchases, charges, refunds and support adjustments.
